Focus Mendes is a service solutions company serving King County, Washington. This policy explains what information we collect from our clients, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our appointments, our text messages, and this rescheduling page.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, service address, email (if you share it), the service you booked, and the messages you send us.
- Appointment details: the date, time and length of your appointment, and any note you write when you reschedule.
- Technical data: when you open your rescheduling link, our hosting provider receives standard request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and keep it secure.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics, and it does not set cookies.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform and follow up on your service.
- To send appointment text messages: reminders, a link to reschedule, confirmations, arrival notices and a thank-you. See our SMS Terms.
- To answer your questions, handle payments and records, and meet legal and tax obligations.
What other people can see on the rescheduling page
Your link is personal and cannot be guessed or changed to open someone else's appointment. The page shows only your own appointment and the times that are free. It never shows other clients' names, addresses, or any details about other appointments.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers that process information for us only to run the business:
- Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar), where appointments are stored.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this page and the scheduling service.
- Your mobile carrier and ours, which deliver text messages.
- Mapping and routing services, which help us estimate drive time to your address.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property. Your phone number and text-message opt-in information are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep business, tax and legal records. After that we delete or de-identify them.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.
- Access, correction and deletion: contact us and we will review your request, including asking you to confirm who you are. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards: access to our systems is limited to what is needed, scheduling links are signed, and our connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for adults who book our services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
